Prototype optics in a hurry! We have invested in a complete optical lens and flatwork CNC manufacturing cell. This enables us to produce custom optical prototypes at reduced lead times.
Much as we'd have liked to, we haven't developed a variable focal length lens.

Joining in the fight against the Ebola outbreak, Comar have donated £500 to the British Red Cross. Our contribution will fund protective clothing and vital supplies for Red Cross volunteers in Western Africa.
Comar UK headquarters has moved. We are now located just south of the city of Cambridge.
Comar's QA Department is pleased to announce that its new Cary UMA is now commissioned and in use: the first Cary UMA to be sold and installed in the UK.
Spring 2013: Comar were delighted to donate over 100kg of optics to ALOP (Active Learning in Optics and Photonics), a UNESCO initiative to improve the quality of teaching in developing countries.
